Charters depart Marina Puerto del Rey in Fajardo, with Icacos and Palomino roughly 15–20 minutes away for a quick beach-and-boat celebration, or a longer full-day trip to Culebra for a bigger island-hop birthday. Icacos and Palomino keep things simple and close — easy to combine with decorations or a picnic without losing time on the water. Culebra and Vieques are a longer, higher-fuel crossing, so they're best planned as a full-day birthday trip rather than a quick outing.
