What it is
A Real BBQ. On the Boat. At the Island.

Most charters hand you a sandwich. Ours fires up the grill while you swim. The captain anchors at one of the islands — Icacos, Palomino, Culebrita, or Tortuga — drops the marine-grade Magma grill onto the stern, and starts cooking lunch right there with the turquoise water as your backdrop.

The standard menu is chicken, sausages, and shrimp skewers, all marinated in our house seasoning and grilled to order. Add fresh-caught Caribbean lobster tails as an upgrade — split, basted in garlic butter, and grilled until smoky.

You eat with feet in the sand, off the swim platform, or on the bow with a cold drink in hand. We handle prep, cooking, plating, and cleanup — your only job is to be hungry.

FAQ
BBQ Questions, Answered
What is the onboard BBQ experience?
It's a fresh-grilled lunch cooked right on the boat during your private charter. Once we anchor at one of the islands — Icacos, Palomino, Culebrita, or Vieques — the captain fires up the onboard Magma marine grill and cooks chicken, sausages, and shrimp skewers to order. Add lobster tails for an extra upgrade. You eat with feet in the sand or right off the swim platform.
Where is the BBQ cooked?
The BBQ is cooked onboard the boat using a marine-grade Magma grill mounted on the stern. We grill at anchor in calm protected waters — usually at Icacos, Palomino, Culebrita's Tortuga Beach, or wherever the water is at its best that day.
What food is included in the BBQ?
The standard BBQ includes chicken, sausages (chorizo and Italian), and grilled shrimp skewers — all marinated and cooked onboard. We also bring sides, fresh tropical fruit, chips, and bottled water. Beer, wine, and cocktails can be added. Lobster tails are available as a premium add-on.
How much does the BBQ cost?
Standard BBQ is a flat rate: $250 for groups up to 6, or $500 for groups up to 12. That includes chicken, sausages, shrimp skewers, sides, fresh fruit, and bottled water — all grilled onboard. Lobster tails are extra at market price, quoted per tail. Message us on WhatsApp at 787-717-3779 to lock it in.
Are lobster tails included?
No — lobster tails are an extra add-on charged separately on top of the standard BBQ. They're fresh Caribbean spiny lobster tails grilled in butter and garlic. Tell us when you book how many tails you'd like and we'll quote the upgrade.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — we can adjust for vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, and most allergies if you tell us in advance when booking. Just include the details when you message us on WhatsApp and we'll plan the menu around your group.
Where do you grill — at the beach or onboard?
Onboard, on a marine-grade Magma grill mounted at the stern. The captain handles all the cooking while you swim, snorkel, or relax on the bow. You don't need to bring anything — we handle the grill, the food, the prep, and the cleanup.
Is the BBQ available on every charter?
The BBQ is available on most of our boats — from the Hydra Sports 27 up through the Sunseeker 82. It's especially popular on full-day charters to Icacos, Palomino, and Culebrita. Mention BBQ when you message us and we'll confirm it's set up for your boat.
How far in advance should I book the BBQ?
At least 48 hours in advance so we can shop fresh ingredients. For lobster tails we recommend 72 hours — they're sourced fresh from local fishermen and we want the best ones for your group.
What should I bring?
Just your appetite. We bring the grill, the food, the plates, the napkins, the prep, and the cleanup. If you want a specific drink we don't usually stock — your favorite tequila, a particular wine — let us know when booking and we'll grab it for you.

Hot Grill. Cold Drinks. Turquoise Water.

The kind of lunch that turns a charter day into the best day of the trip. Send us your details and we'll have the menu ready when you board.
